We are a small team of 20 people.

Quality begins with ingredients. We thoughtfully source our spices, teas and herbs, paying attention to place of origin, growing conditions & variety. We cup spices to test for quality, flavor profile and body.
Freshness is key.

Conventional spices are pre-ground long before they arrive on the grocery store shelf, leaving them lacking in natural oils and flavor. At Dona, we begin with whole spices and grind them fresh to ensure quality and purity.

Slow & steady. We slow-steep our ingredients at our brewery in Brooklyn. Our slow steeping process uses gentle circulation, temperature control and triple filtration. This develops flavor while optimizing extraction, ensuring the same beautiful flavors every time.

We're makers. Our teas & concentrates are made by us in house.

Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, we will replace or refund products that are damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted within 7 days of delivery. Please email us at info@drinkdona.com for more guidance.

At this time, we only ship to the U.S.

We offer flat rate shipping for $9.95 and free shipping on orders over $50

We typically process orders within 3-5 business days.

Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive an email with tracking information. Your order should arrive within 3-7 business days.* We ship everything from our brewery in Brooklyn, NY. Depending on the destination, we ship via USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
