Meet the Cardamom Rose Tea Latte. The breakdown → perfectly frothed milk + a homemade concentrate of our loose leaf Rose is my Name tea for a warming and tasteful tea latte
Ingredients
- 35grams Rose is my Name tea (or 8 tea sachets)
- 8 oz water
- 40 grams sugar
- Milk of choice
Directions
To make the Rose is my Name simple syrup, bring water + loose leaf tea or sachets to a simmer. Turn the heat off and steep for 4-5 minutes.
Strain & add sugar. Stir until the sugar has completely dissolved.
To make a latte, steam or ice 2oz of the cardamom rose syrup with 6oz of milk. Optional: serve dusted with ground dried rose petals or cardamom.
