St Germain Field Spritz

St Germain liqueur mixed with sparkling wine and Field tea syrup in a wine glass with lemon slices and chamomile flowers

It's Spritz season! Up your spring sips with our delicious new cocktail, The St. Germain Field Spritz. Made with our Field herbal tea blend of sweet chamomile & licorice root, Indian fennel and refreshing mint, this cocktail needs no more than a splash of St.Germain elderflower liquor and your favorite sparkling to really bloom.

For The Field Syrup:

  • 35 g The Field Tea
  • 100 g sugar
  • 16 oz water
  • Juice from half a lemon

To make the syrup:

Bring The Field Tea & water to a boil on the stovetop. Turn off heat and steep for 5 minutes. Strain over the sugar. Stir until the sugar is dissolved. Stir in lemon juice.

For the St Germain Field Spritz:

  • 1 oz st germain
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons field syrup
  • 4 oz sparkling wine
  • Soda water

To make the cocktail:

Combine all ingredients in a wine glass over ice. Gently stir & garnish with a lemon.
