Ingredients
- 35 grams Rose is my Name tea
- 8 oz water
- 40 grams sugar
- Milk of choice
- Ground cardamom and/or rose petals
Directions
To make the Rose is my Name simple syrup, bring water + loose leaf tea to a simmer. Turn the heat off and steep for 4-5 minutes.
Strain & add sugar. Stir until the sugar has completely dissolved.
To make a latte, steam or ice 2oz of the cardamom rose syrup with 6oz of milk.
To make a rose dusted crescent moon, with a circular object slightly larger than the drink cup, cover cover half of the top of the latte. Using a small wire mesh sieve, dust ground rose petals or cardamom over the top of the drink
